Unable to get into the vine???

Further to Piskie's situation - there is an update that can apparently help.

I know nothing of this [being a Safari user], but have a check and see if you need to download an upgrade....this might help.

the other thing that I have done that appears to have speeded things up is 'allow pop-ups to this site' - not sure if it would help anyone else or even if it is just a coincidence, but I'm flying into Vine at the moment
