Years ago, a friend at work was telling the whole office about a trip to an agricultural show (she went on a work assignment).

She described how she spent some time next to the dairy stand and then...
"they brought in a big huge bull - and milked him."

Someone had to explain to her why everybody laughed.

People are worrying, sometimes. I once had an Irish Draught horse on loan, to keep my exmoor company. Being 16.3hh (huge), his 'equipment' was quite noticeable, but the number of times I got asked if Henry was the foal of the bigger one...

...which reminds me, a number of times over the years, I've been asked when Henry will be fully grown. It seems that there are people in this world who think that small horses 'grow up' to be bigger ones and that it's perfectly acceptable to ride baby horses. They don't think anything of it until I ask them if they would be happy with a toddler working their garden or building a house, perhaps...

I seem to remember someone somewhere reported the owners of a Shetland pony to the RSPCA because it was apparently, stuck up to it's knees in the turf of the field where it was kept. The Sheltie had exceptionally short legs but the complainant was convinced otherwise.
