At least I think they are. Having just climbed on to the roof at the end of the cricket 20/20 world cup, I would suggest that either civil war has broken out in Karachi, or my neighbours are indeed joyful.
Must have heard well over 5000 rounds going off in the 5 minutes I was up there.
Then it all went a bit gay as the fireworks started, so I came down then, cos fireworks can be dangerous.
