Hope you feel better Nicos, and I agree with Tootles, you need to have done a minimum of a stage in letter box opening to comply with French unemployment laws.
I put mine out a few years ago, lifting an empty T chest. Just the angle that you move at I guess, the human body is a complex thing.

And YES YES YES to the Ricard/Pastis question.

I did mine once having a shave - and yes, I was shaving my face!

Easily done, not so easily rectified in most cases.

Hope you feel better soon. Keep moving.

still trying to work out how you managed that Nicos
I'm with Bob though internally taken aniseed (pernod/ricard) will work. At the very least it will numb the pain
Hope you have a speedy recovery!

                  Thanks all!!
Stiffened up like crazy overnight- and could hardly hobble to the loo

Finally managed to get down stairs 1/2 hr later when painkillers kicked in....asked OH to get out ironing board and set it all up and I'd do what I could

2hrs later....I'm still a bit sore but stretched out nicely and pain vastly reduced!!! Yey!!!!!

flipping muscles- you'd have thought they'd be fine after all the digging and carrying I've been doing over the last 6 months!!!!

Heat them, stretch them, cool them, rest them. In that order.
