Forget what it's called,maybe only on Scottish channel BBC 2 as it's about three different farms up here,fascinating,bit blood thirsty getting a mother to adopt a calf after it's own died by skinning the dead one and putting the skin on the adoptee.I think this is making a point about where our food comes from even better than river cottage.

I love this programme - no frills, shows it how it really is, farmers swearing, totally ignorant or not bothered about Health and Safety At Work - would you stand ona pallet at the end of a telescopic boom handler being operated by your 75 year old mother ?
River Cottage is brilliant but a bit too polished - this is blood and guts - and I get the feeling that at least one of these farms will be bust by the end of the seriesRat
