The gauge on the clock in the yard read 105F yesterday and 40% humidity.
Today it's dropped to 100F but it's still too hot to put my kale in

We've had some rain today , but you wouldn't think so to look out side..dry and really sticky again ..i was in the shower at half 9, i think i'm going to have another...i love the hot weather, when i can lay in it with a nice cold beer .. but i hate it when its this humid..
Just been to answer the door and in the shade (under the very old thick and heavy vine) on the terrace it's 37. Hate to think how hot it is out in the sun but even the locals are moaning about it now.
Just done the manual watering and it's STILL 34 in the shade but the meteo for the next few days if very wet and stormy - please, this time, hope it's correct
