The biggest culprit I was afraid of-slugs-are not bothering me too much.Found a couple on the cabbages but they weren't overriden by them.
Bad things so far:
CATERPILLARS on my sprouts and cabbages-greedy beasties
beetroots bolted(nevermind,sowed more seeds)
carrots and onions not growing too much
Good things:
celeriacs swelling nicely
desiree tatties(my first home grown tatties ever)have lovely flowers and are very bushy
stupid peas decided to go up the wigwam after I attached some string on it(had a big tangle on the ground)
lots of strawbs-nice and big
outside toms all have flowers
rhubarb I divided not so long ago seems to be recovering fom shock
More good things than the bad ones,so why do I concentrate just on the bad ones???
