I love Freecycle!

Piglet, far from knocking the site or concept, just the "I need an expensive item now." brigade.
In a way the publicity has done it few favours short term, long term if ten percent get the ethos it will improve.
Personally I scan daily and guilt trip regularly that I should post more offers.

I love our freecycle too - I have gained a log basket, a george foreman grill, some plants, and have freecycled a murder-mystery dinner party game, a round dinner table, a wing and bonnet of a volkswagon beetle and my beloved double futon - it's nice to be part of a 'giving' culture rather than the take,take,take brigade.
