I just googled my other half. His facebook page came up, but it's got security settings and is open only to chosen friends.

Companies House has him listed, but no personal details came up at all.

I've got a ridiculously common name.

So common that before the biometric bit was on my passport, every time I went to the States I was taken aside into Immigration - where all the heavies with guns and ammunition were checking through people's paperwork, and all the nasties were put before being deported. Not a nice experience.

Thank goodness for biometric passports.

Nothing for me personally but I did find a lady who was born 100 years before me (1873) who had my new name, including middle name and spelling, who lived just up the road.

And an sculptress (who has the profession I've always wanted) and an aussie netball player who have my old name

And not a lot at all (nothing of interest anyway) about my birth name.

I shall remain a number forever - yay!

Well I'm really chuffed - even a 123people.co.uk search only brought up one mention of me, I must be doing the right thng with all my security settings There are quite a few other paople with my name though, and I didn't think it was that common.

My maiden name though (same as your surname Boble) there are thousands of...

Nothing personal for me, but then again i inherited a french surname and can't speak french. Did find a picture of an ex boyfriend though! Bless him....
My pooches are on there though....
