Apparently OH went scrumpying as a kid and then tried to sell them to his mum. Not sure he's progressed much sometimes!

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

      Scrumping

Don't know if it really counts, but we got three buckets of apples from a tree outside a school in the nearby village. Posh people don't like free food it seems and the apples just rot. Have had various pies and two gallons of wine on the go. Free food always tastes better

OK Here's today's pressie! It's a voucher that makes sure the miserable weather is confined to when you're working at your paid job, and the good weather arrives when you have time to go to the lottie.

makes me think of (not the lottery) the musical - that song when it only rains at night. Perfect

              12th December

You open todays window and find..................

A smiling garden gnome (no, not one of those pesky ornaments, but a real live garden gnome) who loves to dig and will double dig all your beds and use his little red wheelbarrow to get compost and put it onto your beds for you anytime you want him to!
              Blessings

Oh yes, I do get confused these days. Doesn't take much, but I racked the blackberry wine today so my cheeks are a little aglow! oops, there I go again!

Lol MB! I could do with some of that over here! Methinks the brewing stuff will have to be put to good use in the near future!

I'm certainly hoping to sleep well tonight. have been full of cold since Sun, hope the vit c in the wine may cure it (together with the whiskey and lemon in a bit)! I must ease up after New Year, but for now am chuffed to bits and enjoying it all.
