Freeparking is very inexpensive (as long as you don't want a name that is liable to be overly popular, mine is £9.99 for 2 years. OH's is £19.99).
There are loads of design progs or there may be a Grape with expertise.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

Before you rush out and organise hosting I'd have a bit of a brain storm about what you want your website to be able to do.
For example do you want a site where you can attract new members - so just shows off your site and contact information, or do you want a site mainly for existing members so you can post pictures and updates....
If you know what you want to website to achieve then you can pick the best way to create it.

I have a website for the windband which I run. Our local Association of Voluntary Services ran sessions on developing them and helped me get it going. I paid a very small amount for the domain name and have complete control over the site and can add info, pictures or whatever I want. Do you have a similar organisation in your area who could help you?Last edited by Lottieval; 17-07-2009, 11:43 PM.

Aside from a web domain and hosting when it actually comes down to creating the website I highly recommend using Joomla:
Joomla!
It's a content management system; a way to display and manage whatever content you want on your website. You can pick a template and LOADS of 'extensions' which you can add on to get the functionality you need. So you can have member's only areas, galleries, calenders, forums etc. There are literally hundreds of templates and extensions to choose from and best of all most of them are totally FREE! Joomla itself is also free and has an excellent online support community.
I'm not linked to it in any way other than using it!
As someone with NO web design experience or knowledge I've done one for my Dad's business:
www.toynbaxter.co.uk
My Dad's on is due a re-vamp and upgrade to the latest version of joomla but we've been so manically busy I haven't had time! So it leaves a bit to be desired in the 'looking very sleek' department but it does the job!
And a few years ago I did this one for the jewellery making business I was running:
The Jewellery Design Studio - Home
Again due an upgrade as the cart function has stopped working so all my existing customers just use it as a giant catalogue and email me!
All these cost to produce was my time and the web hosting and domain registration!
