Im just being nosy now, I saw on another thread that you had a offer accepted for a house in Devon, do we expect the house warming invitations to have Axminster in the address?
If so myself and jackie will see if we can get the commission we are due

Yes your detective skills serve you well, we have had an offer accepted on a place near Axminster It feels very much like I am tempting fate at the moment as it's such early days, but when it comes to commission time I can pay you in blackcurrant jam or logs, just let me know which you would prefer
