On the vine rather late tonight as our (newish) bed just collapsed. Is there any way I can sue the inventor of peanut butter Kit Kats?

Peanut butter is horrid stuff, always looked a bit like something that you find in the nappy of a baby that isn't very well - sorry for that image!

On a more positive note it seems that when we moved from our old bedroom to this one 'someone' (OH) hadn't tightened a bracket properly which is what eventually loosened and so it was easily fixed, or would have been if the 'right' screwdriver hadn't been at the allotment. For some reason OH refused to go and fetch it in bathrobe and slippers so we gave in and spent the night in the 'guest' bedroom, which is currently crammed with our daughter's belongings due to her selling her flat, but then the sale of the house she wanted falling through, but her going ahead with the sale because she didn't know when she might find another buyer. Anyway, she found another house and completes on Tuesday so it will finally all be gone. I didn't sleep well though, even though the guest bedroom is the one which used to be ours it felt really strange, I was also pondering weird things; daughter's flat had been a tiny 1 bedroomed, Ikea minimalist, wooden flooring everywhere except the bedroom type place, so WHY ON EARTH did she need two huge Hoovers?Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.Comment

Alison, I'll ignore that if you don't mind.
It's the big Kit kats, with a thick layer of smooth peanut butter under the chocolate.
It's more like the US version of peanut butter, than the UK version....
