Is there anything you've never eaten but want to try?
I think I've eaten almost everything mentioned thus far plus various other stuff, monkey brain fresh from the head in Fiji is one that sticks in my mind.
The one thing I've never eaten though is truffle. Living here I should have tried it by now, and I do want to, so shall attempt to find some and eat it when home this time.
The earlier oyster analogy is still making me smile.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. ~Author Unknown
