My healths let me down again meaning im stuck in my bed again,
my two year old came and sat by me and accidentally spilt his drink on me, when I said he had spilt water on me he said it wasn't him it was his older brother that did it (in toddler talk) looking as if butter wouldn't melt, his brother at the time was down stairs with his mum. I couldn't help but laugh, that made him laugh which just caused a round of hysterics, so much so my OH came up to check up on me, I might have pain but now i have a big smile on my face

Would it’s criminal past ketchup with it later?

Realising that for the first time in a long time I weigh less than 20 stone (19 stone 12 to be exact) .Thats 2 and a half stone off since March and only another 4-5 stone to go which I plan to be rid of before Christmas.
There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it in your future.

My daughter leaping into the living room, wearing what is, to date, her most bizarre sleeping outfit yet, shouting 'here comes Captain Underpants!'
