Some of them are wonderful. I know we have some fans of both the Tour and Photography so thought I'd share.

Great pictures, thanks Andrea. Took quite a long time to load the sideshow for me but perhaps because I am on the laptop which isn't the fastest machine in the world.

We were lucky enough to have Le Tour pass by within about 30k of us at Lapeyrouse on the way to Montlucon last year and we went to see what all the fuss was about. We spent a very enjoyable afternoon with a picnic.

I have attached a couple of our (amateur) pictures that you might like and there is even a bit of video on our blog (sorry if this isn't appropriate - feel free to delete)

The video is at the bottom of the page for Sunday August 3rd 2008 for those who are interested. There is more to life than ... I'm afraid the standard or reporting isn't quite up to the BBC but I was a bit excited
