It would have to be an Island for us though.............my missus will fall out with ANYONE , no matter how far away they live!
My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)
Yes, we are very lucky and hope these 3 weeks fly by! The dog next door is howling non stop, it does all day - I won't miss the thing, or their out of control, obnoxious teenage kids.
Congratulations petal, we resorted to self-building to get away from our inconsiderate(and thats putting it mildly) neighbours. They have no idea we are going either, although they'd have to be blind not to realise something is going on, when we leave for work in the morning in our business suits and arrive home at 11pm in our scruffy clothes covered in paint and plaster!
You'll be so busy packing petal, that those three weeks will fly by. Good luck in your new home.
I have started potting my plants up - i am leaving my neighbours who are council tenants with a pay back bombshell - I have been keeping a diary which we will be giving to housing officer when we go. They should not be getting away with it.
Sounds great Petal, new home and getting away from unpleasant neighbours.
I live in a detached place, with no neighbours within shouting distance, with my veggie plot in the back garden ..........
And its blisssssssssss.
Hope the move goes well and your new life is all you want it to be.
