Plant covering

Does anybody have a cheaper version than the micromesh . I have used some on a outside frame and have been pleased, however i would like to extend the area and cover like a frame, four side and a opening top. Area is about 3 metres by 2 meters x 1 metre high The trouble is that the micromesh is so expensive . Has anybody found a cheaper version ?
Want to stop most of the horrible little bugs getting to my plants

I got loads of old nets from my family (got them to rain their airing cupbprds lol) and charity shops.
