Sorry to hear that PW - but did you enjoy your job or was it just to provide the money needed to sustain life? If so, then maybe it's the best thing. I'm in a similar position at the moment, but I have a choice whether to stay or go and I just can't decide which way to go.

Sorry to hear the news PW! Not a nice thing to go through, I was on the other end of that situation, not fun at all! Waiting now to see how long before they start getting rid of the experienced managers to recruit someone cheaper, if thats the case, then I'll be in the same place myself!

sorry about the job PW,good job you are feeling upbeat at the minut,it's not a nice feeling,it happened a few years ago to DH,it's very suprising just how resorsfull one can be in spreading the pennies around,with me it became a new challenge,we wish you good luck in what ever comes your way,we hope the kindness and goodness you have given to others over time.......will find it's way back to you both

Isn't it funny that if you do the sencible thing and put a few bob away for a rainy day you get your benefits reduced...but if you smoke and drink it all away an go abroad on holiday you get full benefits.
