45 miles - about 1-1.5 hrs, very 'do-able'. Next question is do you want to see us.....

Could be a horrible shock to the system!

Hi Nicos - you're still stuck with me, sorry! Been trying to earn enough to cover the gap in the finances of 2 years with no pay rise for Richard while still wishing to keep the same lifestyle - a foolish wish but I'm the optimistic type!

Great to have you back. Since your 'long vacation' from the vine I've got 4 chickens and life will never be the same - love it!

Well,It has wood lodges, among the trees with your own car space ,very nicely fitted out,You have log burners in case you go when its cold. The accommodation is lovely, everything done in pine.Table has games underneath, kids love it.We also had a whirlpool bath, though i dont know if they are all the same inside. It feels very private too,not overlooked.Swimming pool etc.Walks are very peaceful ,you can see the old hall ruins there.Saw a very nice chicken house too but i doubt that everything will be exactly the same. The area is great, you;ll really love it!Have a nice time,we always do when we go to wales, which is quite a bit.

                            Thanks Jilly,

As it is one of the few Club La Costa sites with no kids club we were a little dubious about how good it would be - sounds excellent!

We have always loved going to Wales, spent our honeymoon in North Wales and numerous other occasions both North and South.

                                Oohh! Lovely!

Still won't hatch chicks - not sure I could be as good as Snadger. I'll catch and kill a fish - but chicks are fluffy!!!!! And while Richard and I could eat what we had nurtured for the table - the kids would rather starve!

I will go and look for your piccies.......
