I will look out for it Nick as it was before my time (me being under 40 and all), as for LJ, I picture her more in Renee Russo's role in "The Thomas Crown affair".

We are not big on films, but just occasionally I'd like to watch Some Like it Hot or High Society (not usually at Christmas though!)

I suppose if I could sit down with a bottle and a box of tissues it would have to be Its a Wonderful Life!

Oh Mr MB, don't hit me - pleeease

Actually the only films I have ever paid to see more than once were: Star Wars x 3, The Sting x2 and then the Full Monty x3 (before we bought the video)!!!

Agree MB - What I was thinking when I saw this thread. Christmas themed film has to be It's a Wonderful Life which Mr E bought me on DVD a couple of years ago, after he had bought me Some Like it Hot which has got to be an all time fave. MM is wonderful as are the lads. Simon Bates seriously rates it too.

Other faves include our Johnny especially in Pirates, anything with either Sean in (Connery or Bean!!!), Meet me in St Louis (although I always cry at the end!), The Snowman.

For general Christmas watching with the feel good factor, Oklahoma, Seven Brides.......

There was something else at the back of my mind ...... I'll tell you when it resurfaces.
                                Bright Blessings
