if your having this much trouble, get a recording of it, find out who your local counciller is and invite them onto your plot whilst xxx is around and introduce your "friend" tell the police - walk into your local station and ask to make a formal complaint about the xxxx, contact your local council saying that you have involved the police, use your solicitor to take xxx to small claims court for damages, and if that doesnt work tell me where the xxx is and i'm sure me and big wayne will sort him out, dont mind getting a big john deere with a rota on that back and removing whats his......

I don't know the full story but he is going along the lines of harassment by the sounds of it, plus a few other things. I agree with taping him and agree in my heart with the weed killer (know it is stopping to his level but it would be so satisfying). Have you thought of ringing the local paper to do a little story on the abuse that you are having - go to the police first though!

If I lived a little nearer then I would come and have words with him myself - if he had a go back then he would find himself in the nearest police cells....ha ha!

Short of that I can send Boots my Springer who is banned from our lottie for his fantastic ability to trash it in 2 minutes flat.... the only payment he requires is a fuss.
