Bindweed and grey hairs

A thought struck me earlier whilst looking in the mirror.

Aren't bindweed and grey hairs similar?

If you pluck them out they just seem to come back stronger. Throwing chemicals at them works for a while, but you have to keep re-applying.

Both seem to bother some people more than others.

If left unchecked they can take over an entire area.

My hair grows so quickly that I was always looking at a white line!! I gave up in the end and put up with people thinking I was a pensioner.
This does have it's advantages though!! I get into cinemas, theatres etc. at half price and, if I put on my glasses and borrow my sisters old codgers pass, I go half fare on trains and buses.

I started to turn grey when i was 18, genetics aren't they fab, thanks dad, NOT!!
I used to colour my hair and then thought why go against what is going to happen and so let my hair go grey, my hair is now silver/white but looks like very bright blonde in the sun light and i recieve many compliments on my hair colour. I am 44 by the way.
Mother nature, she is pretty tenatious so i reackon sometimes we should just let her do her own thing.

I agree in general with what you say

when your making your millions with your Gardening video game, you can plough some of your profits into inventing the bindweed version of Just for Men, a product that after one watering will make the bindweed look like the rest of the plants

Not entirely the same, I've finally decided I can live with my grey hairs. But bindweed? Never.

There is one important difference. You DO eventually get rid of grey hair, but when you do, you might regret it.

Funny you should mention that! LOL! I've been going grey since I was 21, am now completely grey, well white sort of! Just ask poor Allotment Lady who has to look at my hair every time we meet!
