I am in the GI diet...
Breakfast: Toast, flora, jam coffee, skimmed milk, sweetners
11ies: Apple
Lunch: Wholemeal or 50-50, ham, edam and salad sarnie. 125ml Orange juice.
Tea: banana
Dinner: chicken breast (no skin) grilled, boiled pots, 3 veg.
Supper: youghert (Low fat) Coffee
Nothing after 9pm...no more than 2 fruit a day and at least 3 veg a day. Nothing fried, roasted. No more than 3 coffees a day...no sweets, no cakes,
But you must not miss a meal...especally breakfast...
Saturday / Sunday...Grilled Bacon Sarnie and one slice of Cake, glass of diet fizzy drink..Curry..pizza or other bad food.
EXERCISE every day...= 4 stone gone...My phone has more Processing power than the Computers NASA used to fake the Moon Landings

Well done NOG - I have 3 stone off and another 3 to go to my ideal weight of 16 stone .There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it in your future.
