I think we need to sort the big stuff out and put the options out there; and then people can start working out the logistics.....the main thing is to get the ideas of max numbers of cars/tents...and work out how to get the loos paid for fairly....and then the details can be filled in.

And not to forget there might be some cleaning up to do and this will need to be costed in....
