So Proud of my Eldest Son

My eldest son was 30 in May and for his Birthday his gf bought him a Tandem Sky Dive. He did this yesterday evening, this is someone who is afraid of flying and not very good with height's. Not only did he have a great time and wants to do it again, He decided he would do it for charity and has raised about £1,500 by passing a bucket around the nightclubs that he DJ's in and freinds and family sponsoring him.
He is giving the money to a local Hospice where my sister spent a lot of time when she was ill and where she died.
I am so proud that he turned a birthday gift into a gift for other's.

When I told my other sister she just said ' hmm I wouldnt want to do it '. No neither would I but she could at least say well done.

Well done him! Fantastic to do something you're scared of and then to raise money for such an important cause. He might be 30 but they're still our kids aren't they, give him a big hug and a slap on the back from us all.

1. Proud that your son has conquered a fear and made money for charity

2. Be concerned that your daughter inlaw in waiting will pay money to have your son chucked out of a plane, make sure you stay friendly with her she sounds like she means bussiness

How thoughtful of your son and such a worthwhile cause, you have every right to be very, very proud of him.
The Hospice Charity's do so much fantastic work and they need people like your son to help them raise money to keep doing the selfless work that benefits hundreds of people every year..my Aunt spent a week in our local hospice and they were fantastic..i can't sing there praises enough.
