Had it for lunch - new home-made bread, a good strong cheddar and a dollop of hot (as in spicy) marrow chutney. Wow! Does it for me every time.
Yummy..Lunch at flummerys tomorrow everyone?
I love (as my OH says) moldy cheese (Blue) with crusty bread, pickle(any) a few good bottle's of red wine and my friends round on a friday night, when OH goes out with his mates.... heaven.
Oooh...how I do love cheese on toast. It's what we tend to have if we've been travelling and get back very late, with a lovely glass of red wine.
For me, as HW said of bread and cheese, it's an 'anytime anyplace' thing. I often make Mr R a Tosta Mista for a weekend lunch - I try to live on those in Portugal (and sardines, obviously, but NOT at the same time).
