The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

Thank you sooooo much for all the birthday wishes. What a day... I started sneezing at about midday so I thought I would be clever and took an antihistamine. All fine and dandy...

Except to tablet I took has a sedative in it... So I have had a very 'mellow' day!

It was one of those antihistamines that promotes drowsiness. Didn't get the cylinder heads off a V6 Audi engine, didn't get to rebuild the shed steps but I did find out why the wall boxes were not working with my 50's Wurlitzer and Seeburg jukeboxes! So I achieved summat! Off to bed now - still mildly whacked out!

Shirls made a lovely fish 'n' chip dinner for me. And she hates fish!

Glad you had a good (if mellower than expected!) day old chap! Many happy returns
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."
