I'm on BT Internet and can see your website no problems, so would suggest their router needs a reset to default settings.Always thank people who have helped you immediately, as they may not be around to thank later.

BT ones have a BT default set and will work fine after a reset, I know, I've had about five of them, new one each time I changed my options or re-signed.Always thank people who have helped you immediately, as they may not be around to thank later.
