How did I get from germinator to seedling?

Ok, I know I've missed something obvious - I was just interested in how I've changed from being a 'germinator' to being a 'seedling' suddenly. I wasn't expecting it! And what am I going to change into next?
I realise it has something to do with activities on the grapevine but what?
I'd quite like to be a twiner next, like sweet peas!

I can't remember if it changes again at 50 posts, but it definitely does at 100. There's 'Rooter' I think, and 'Tuber' and 'Cropper' but I can't recall which one happens when

EDIT I think 'Sprouter' comes after 'Seedling'
