What a mess Barley Sugar! I do hope it gets sorted soon. We had the last 3 years of filling out loan forms and that was stressful enough without them not coming through! I rather fill out all my form on paper rather than online, just don't trust it but that's just me. Good luck with it all and hopefully it won't take very long.

There was a chap on breakfast TV last week who was i/c student grants etc. He said there was a back log in dealing with applications, but that students should be patient and that everything was being dealt with as soon as they could. Mmmmm, OK I guess, but a pain in the backside if you are waiting for the cash.
If it was me, I'd be on the phone every five minutes!
