moon gardening...planting garlic

Ok ...so I'm going to have a go at this...Sunday 4th October for garlic????Have (I got this right???...full moon, bulbs)...should it be in the morning or doesn't it really matter???

As Sunday is realistically the next opportunity I'll get for planting,looks like I'll finally be getting something in in tune with the moon also!
