My heating is stuffed (again, jolly old MQ's!) and the engineer has just turned up - he stinks of fags and BO AND he is at at least 20 years passed retirement age!
Think you mean the technician as unlikey he is an engineer, that's just what the company calls them.
And be grateful you can have heating - ours can't be reconnected til at least the end of next week and I am REALLY cold. At least I got a roof back though

oooh bless him - he has gone around doing everything he can think of, even down to a new pump, it turns out the pins in the values on each raditor were stuck - two minute job but such a simple one (he says) he had discounted it
