Poached eggs dip the chips in the yolk! then Mayo (Dutch thing) to finish off, has to be Heinz mayo though!
But it's Hellmans that uses free range eggs, do Heinz?? changing brands soon RT?
Bacon butties are for brown sauce
Chips should always have salt and vinegar on unless it's with egg then it's egg on the side for dipping, but mayo maybe I'll give it a go....
Like the sound of the cheese thing... *wonders if cheese goes with salt and vinegar

Chips with anything 'wet', no way, they go soggy! (Can't stand soggy chips)
Just salt (far more than is healthy), and freshly ground black pepper on the egg. Sometimes 'dunk' chips in egg yolk, but they don't get time to go soggy that way!
