no, and the hiking up of fees in certain other categories is really underhand too.
eg, I had to have free P+P on mens gloves and sport gloves, but not on womens gloves

I don't know what their strategy is with this free P+P lark ... are they trying to drive away amateur sellers?

I go off eBay in the summer, and re-kindle my addiction when the weather deteriorates Consequently I have a pile of stuff to sell, and I know it's going to take me all day to faff about and list it.

I, too, have given up with Turbolister, and also Auctiva, which I only used a few times then they said they were going to start charging.

My biggest gripe is people overcharging for postage. The last thing I bought was listed at around £4 postage, when it arrived it cost just over a quid and was in a small jiffy bag. The seller was a large electronics dealer who would've bought these bags in bulk at a few pence each. I don't like it when they hike the prices to compensate for the 'great deal' you get on the item.

Personally, I usually estimate postage on my items, but I always say in the listing, that it is estimated, and that I refund any postal overcharge, which I refund through PayPal as soon as I've posted the item. I also keep packaging from purchases to reuse for sales, which saves me a fortune

do you realise it costs you about 35p to do any refund? that's on top of what you give back to the seller.

I tried to sell a laptop lock on ebay once (having sold countless other bits and bobs previously). They wouldn't let me put any postage on it. I sold it via Amazon instead.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. Actually - that doesn't work, but you get my gist.

I always miscalculate the postage (or my post office overcharge!) and end up losing money on it. That's another soultion!
