Walking by the sea & watching a beautiful sunset.
Standing in the garden & only being able to hear the birds (very rare!)
Babies smiling back at you when you catch their eye.
Anything 'wild' which arrives in my garden (butterflies/birds/frogs/squirrels etc.)
    Walking in the countryside.
Sunshine on a cold, crisp morning.
People smiling back & saying hello when you pass them when out walking.
The cat curled up purring on my lap.
Seeds I've sown sprouting from the compost.
    Eating something I've grown myself.
    Cheering someone up.
Listening to good live music (also likely to make me cry as well though!)
    Politeness & good manners.
    Total silence.
Curling up in bed with a good book.
Getting an uninterupted full night's sleep.
Being able to offer advice to someone on here.
The jokes & slightly 'mad' people on the 'Grapevine'!

Getting a smile from a complete stranger and smiling back.
Getting doggied when out walking, okay your trousers are covered in paw prints but who cares.
      My health.
      Hubby.
      Animals and their unconditional love.
A dry, crisp cold winters morning - absolutely NO rain.
      Friends.
Hearing the steam train go by (from the Harry Potter movies), the train sounds like an owl.
Corrie the black lab - he's a bruiser but lovely.

Most of what everyone else has said and...
The beautiful sunsets we're blessed with here and standing outside in my wellies during a thunder storm.
Edit: not just my wellies, you understand

          Ditto MrH
          Good food with good friends
The look on my kids faces when they realise the stuff I grow tastes soooooo good.
          The smell of a horse
Having the great good fortune to have two lovely horses to ride, that I don't own.
          Being alive
          Being reasonably solvent
          A full freezer
Dancing too hard for too long.
          Long walks in the cold

          and you mad beggers

Way too many to list including all of the above - in fact thanks big time Wayne cos this reminds me that this list is much longer and easier than the grumpy one!!
Life is too short for drama & petty things!
So laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!

                    In no particular order:

Looking at a freshly dug and weeded bed, and thinking "I did that"
Spotting a First card on my entry at the village show.
Being told I did a good job (which usually only happens on here).
Watching one of my kids doing something at school (Nativity, Sports Day etc)
Hearing how polite/kind/intelligent my kids are, from anybody.
Digging up the monster parsnip in the pic below, 1st time of growing them.
Making masses of curried parsnip soup with the aforementioned parsnip.
Being 2/3rds of the way through my first OU assignment, and not sounding like a complete idiot (yet )
Living in one of the most beautiful parts of the county/country/world.

Especially now - walking, any sort of walking! But the best is walking the dog in my favourite place, and being able to see the reality of these pics that I took this morning.

Oh lots from the above and also:

Seeing my 2 year grand-daughter squeal with delight at nature, the birds, a squirrel, a tiny ant etc.
A cup of tea in the garden on a sunny day, smelling the scents of flowers.
Coffee and shopping with the girlies.
Looking at old photos on Facebook - the young ones, the funnies.
                      Sparkling clean windows.
                      Cheese and marmite on toast.
                      Coming out of the gym.
A suitcase all packed for a holiday.
A wardrobe sort out and a donation to the charity shop.
A wardrobe with space for shopping.
Not for years - but a juicy bit of gossip!
                      A spa day and massage.
Finishing my Christmas shopping - and wrapping it all up.
                      Finding a bargain.
Spending time with older family. Hearing about years ago.
                      Finishing a decorating project.

Health, happiness and laughter - just a good smile from the world.
