Practise makes us a little better, it doesn't make us perfect.
What would Vedder do?

We never actually turn the heating right OFF, just turn the thermostat down until it doesn't do anything. That way if we get a really cold spell, it keeps things from freezing. If we want warm, the 'stat goes up to about 18 degrees (C), but mostly it will be on 10 while we are out, or in bed, and 14-16 other times. If that isn't enough, we are either not wearing enough clothes, or not active enough (ie, spending too much time on the computers<g>)Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

Ours will only go on when it gets really cold ! We have a super sur gas heater if needed and a gas fire but we both get hot very quickly and would rather sit with a rug over us than be to hot, last year it went on for 2 hours a night from Jan to March, we need a new boiler but it wont be until next year.
