Ok, maybe not doorstep exactly, but a few miles up the road.
On my journey to and from work I drive a long a country road where there are gates into a field. The gates have been barricaded with oil drums filled with concrete. The fences around have several "breaches", and you often see people parked up unloading "motorcross" bikes and quads.
I was intrigued.
So I "google earthed" and this is where they're headed:

Pretty ain't it?
Well, on closer inspection (zooming in on google earth) I was horrified to see the place absolutely littered with burned out cars - there are tonnes of them!
Here's the place itself, have a zoom in - you'll be amazed. Well, I was.

Now I know why the gates are barricaded.
