Am I the only one who would just put some things back in the freezer then?

Some veg would be fine if you drain off excess water. Our freezer 'went' a few weeks ago, and veg things generally went straight back in. Some sliced peppers went wrong, and some things will lose a bit of quality but other things fine. A pea won't argue with being refrozen.

Why didn't some kind person point out to me that the FREEZER HAS DIED and therefore can't be refrozen? That'll learn me to read things proper. I bet you were all sitting there shaking your heads and going "She's missed the point. Again."

That is one cracking policy, I thought it was nearer £75 for the contents. I may be wrong.

Well, that was a waste of time. Dug out insurance policy and was pleased to see that freezer contents are covered up to a sum of £400.00. Contacted insurer and was on phone for about 10 / 15 minutes answering hundreds of questions. All seemed to be OK until it was realised policy has an excess of £120.00. We had calculated that freezer contents were worth about £136.00 so would be claiming for only £16.00. Because making a claim would increase cost of policy next year it worked out that to make the claim would cost me money.

Don't know why I bother.

Hi Ollie, I know. We covered this a few weeks back (Can't remember the thread), something to do with eyesight I think. You are quite right, it should only have 2. You should have seen me trying to log in for the 1st time as even I didn't realise I had put 3.
