Ah, but Newbie, it's brilliant for cooking with.
It makes the most amazing Orange Sauce/Gravy for Duck, or smear it inside & outside of a whole Peasant being roasted - delicious!
    Well done YOU!

At the weekend it was my friend's 30th birthday, and to celebrate today ten of us went to a heath spa for the day. It was a fabulous day full of lots of pampering, eating, drinking, gossiping, giggling and not very much exercise at all. I learned that i have wonderful friends who i love very much & i don't spend enough quality time with them.

Well on Sunday we finally moved the horses back from their field to the buildings, and so on Mon and today I went round with a huge smile cos its so much easier having them and the chooks in the same place. Cos of distances involved it took me a whole hour less, and twice a day thats some saving.
And it was gloriously sunny so in the time i saved i washed the dogs beds and towels AND got them dry! Bliss.
