Well- to be diplomatic.....
I can't see any harm in cutting down with meat intake - in the UK we consume far too much on a daily basis- it's supposed to be 4oz per day- any more is wasted. Here in France they- and now we- eat a lot less. A smaller leg of lamb is enough for 8-12 peeps in a main course. Seems sensible to me.
I'm more than happy to eat less meat ...as part of my contribution.
It seems daft to eat more than the body requires just out of habit. Maybe the quality of those animals for meat would be improved if they're not being so intensively farmed???![Embarrassment](https://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/grapevine/core/images/smilies/redface.gif)
Of course governments across the Globe need to do their bit too.
