Was watching "Life" last night on t'BBC1.

There was this little fella featured:

Sarcastic fringehead - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I wasn't sure I'd heard the name properly first time, but yes, he's a Sarcastic Fringehead Fish.

Some amazing footage of two of them fighting.

Nowt as exciting as yours but I've always loved Aaardvarks...excellent name & the cutest lil things to go with it!I could stand & watch them for hours sleeping all snuggled up to each other.

I loved the Sarcastic Fringehead too, it was an amazing programme full of some fish I'd not seen before, the Fringehead took the biscuit though it was like some sort of alien

There is a small fish sometimes sold in aquarium shops, black-and-white stripes. It is called a Humbug. The other 'pet fish' that seems to me well named is the 'domino damsel fish', black with 2 white spots.......

Yes, there's also a tiny black and yellow fish called a Bumble Bee Gobi. We tried to keep some in our community tank, but the didn't last very long. We did have lots of success it Bristlenoses though. They kept breeding, so we sold all the babies back to the pet shop - we paid for all our guinea pig and fish food for about two years on the proceeds.
