I'm a bit of a sad case where River Cottage is concerned I'm afraid. I watch and record them and then watch them again in about 3 months time, 6 months time, 9 months time ..........

I agree FF - I just found out how to record on my sky system and have been watching wartime kitchen garden over and over so I need a new obsession! HFW? That will do nicely!

yes its always very watchable but I preferred HFW in the old days, i find the whole river cottage thing has become one big money spinning exercise, like a mini Tescos, I wonder if he realises that. I find emails from there asking for money towards chicken out irritating(I believe charity starts at home) The way forward should be - keep (perhaps rescued battery) chickens at home - this is how you do it - this is how you build a coop etc- its all supply and demand after all!
