It's not so much raining cats and dogs as bloomin great big lions and wolves!!
It is really horrid, any remaining leaves on the green have gone and some idiot has just come around the bend by the pub in the wet, on the leaf covered road and has ended up in someones front garden with attendent emergency crews!!When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. ~Author Unknown

I was woken by the howling wind and lashing rain about 4 ish this morning. Suddenly there was a huge flash of lightening and one hell of a crash of thunder. So loud that it set of our neighbours car alarm.
I was so disappointed I hadn't been awake to enjoy the whole display. I lurve storms.

Still bad here, very windy and the odd heavy rain storm and bit of blue sky, about an hour ago we had thunder, lightning, hail...the works! Decided to keep my 'girlies' in their stables today, so it was me getting wet not them......trying to muck out around them and then go and empty the wheel barrow, lovely!! Just hope that Mr TK's plane is running tomorrow for his trip home!Mr TK's blog:
