Being a stay at home I had never heard of the Secret Santa. So thanks to the vine I have got one going twixt our family. The dip night is tomorrow and I have prepared the 'name pick box' to which I have added a few truth or dares and chocolates. Hopefully someone will turn up and help me eat the sausage rolls, mince pies and raid the fridge.

There was no place of posting on the stamp on my parcel so I couldnt use that as a way of guessing.

Appreciate the little things in life because one day you will realise they are the big things
No postmark on mine either. I did manage to narrow last year's down to two, and the "culprit" fessed a little while ago in a pm. It was a lovely pressie and is still in use.
Mine was all prepared and ready, so popped down to the bar to post it. No worries, sent.
Ah but no, of course, this is France, I forgot.
Had a phone call from Ginette last night (bar owner) telling me that the post office has refused said parcel because its wrapped "in the wrong sort of paper."
British Rail eat your heart out.
So off I go today into town to buy some special French Post Office approved paper to send said parcel.
Dont worry recipient, it will be there in plenty of time......

Life's disappointments are so much harder to take if you don't know any swear words.
