    Poor Tammy.
Of course she'll be worried sick. My son spent the first 2 weeks of his life in SCBU and it was awful. Even though you know they are in the best possible place to get better it's impossible not to feel sick with worry.
I just hope that Isobel and Jessica get better quickly so that they can go home and Tammy can start feeling better.
I don't suppose you're getting the time to read this Tammy, but if you do. Massive hugs from here. xx

Same here, just sending my thoughts. If it's any consolation, my grandson weighed 1lb 10oz at birth, 23 weeks early & is now 12 years old. They are in the very best of hands.

              Latest update:

is pleased that Jessica has improved, although on higher level of oxygen. Isobel had xray to check for pnenomia etc, as has a raised temperature which calpol hasnt touched (now had ibuprophen), high heart rate as well as on higher oxygen level. Not good - fingers crossed this is the worst. This is common of the virus she tested positive for (RSV?) which in turn caused the bronchilitus.

I had a quick chat with Tammy this morning.
Pleased to report that although she's obviously still fraught with worry she sounded a little better in herself. She's hoping that Jessica may be able to come off the oxygen today but Isobel is still not great, but then she picked up the virus a day after Jessica so hopefully today will see the turning point for her also.
I know all the Well wishes & thoughts and prayers mean so much to Tammy.xxx

Just saw on FB that Jessica has been discharged but will stay with Tammy in hospital so that she can be with Isobel who is still very poorly but stable.
Great to see that they are progressing. Let's hope Isobel picks up quickly now.
