Big as i am 6ft5, T as it is my initial and 1888 as anyone with knowledge of the west of scotland will recognise that clearly identifies which side of the great football devide i rest on!!!!!May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
Until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Mine is weird I suppose, I try for boring but always fail.
Once upon a time I belonged to a hillwalking club full of people who were wont to stop on windy, blizzard struck hillsides for the stragglers to catch up, and then have a cup of tea...In disgust I took to digging holes in snowdrifts to shelter out of the weather in, rather as mountain hares shelter in the lee of snowdrifts. So I got the nickname snowhare. (And later on, a polyester pal of the same name, found in a snowdrift on the A93.)
A few years later I worked for a homeless charity, had to have a name badge. I was thus easily found by anyone who knew roughly which tenement I lived in - so to avoid being bothered I put S.N. O'Hare on the buzzer, and only told my friends.
As I have a habit of being late or missing, and punning contests follow wherever I go, the nickname came back to life... "Where's Kenny ?" "Oh, he's no here"
Every good forum always has this conversation, and I find it fascinating ! (But this is the only one with pea sticks.
)
There's no point reading history if you don't use the lessons it teaches.
Head-hunted member of the Nutter's Club - can I get my cranium back please ?

On here, the reason for my screen name is self evident . However, my using email address is AbiogenSS.
I'm a self employed gardener and when advertising in the classifieds or in yellow pages, it's important to get to the top of the ads hence the idea came to light.
I found a definition of Abiogenesis as being the supposed ability to create living organisms from lifeless matter which I thought pretty good for a gardener. However, believe it or not, that name was already taken with my ISP so I settled for something that sounds like it. Nowt to do with Germany as many have thought in the past

Mine is simple. My little girl, Hannah, has had the nickname Munch since she was a tiny baby (shortened from Munchkin), I then tought the word munch went well with growing and eating! so basically I stole it from my daughter
My picture has varied but I again thought, in my own little mind that pigs went with Munch!
Also Hannahs favourite animal at the moment, well thats the one I have to draw all the time, I love pigs and my MIL adores pigs!Little ol' me
Has just bagged a Lottie!
Oh and the chickens are taking over my garden!
