Yep mine went up yesterday. The lights that we "lost" in the loft last year have turned up this year, so they went on as well as the ones I bought to replace them last year! Son in Law came in with his sunglasses on.

Our tree is sitting in its pot on the patio - was delivered on Monday. Brought a potted one this year with a view to keeping it for a couple of years at least... tree prices are so high this year that is made much more sense for not much more money (just so long as it is properly cared for over the rest of the year!) OH is in charge of tree keeping.

Will have to do ours this weekend - was away last weekend and the weekend before that was just too early!

Outside lights take the most time - not that there's a lot (just the "icicle" ones along the front) but I have to have them just right.
