The cat will be asking "Why does she always wash the floor when I go out, she knows I'll be straight back in"........

Actually- mine is exceptionally well trained- cos we don't have a cat flap over here- so he comes in from the field via the Velux in our bedroom- and straight onto the bed!!!!...no dirty floors!!! Simples
Jinny runs out dose what he has to then runs back in, but he loves being dried with his towel when he gets wet...he thinks its a game, I can't hear your self think, he's so loud when he purrs...
I've just returned next year's examiner contract, complete with paw prints on. My cat comes in through the dining room window and twice yesterday I let him out of the kitchen door, only for him to jump straight up to aforesaid window and stare at it (I'd closed it due to wet weather!).
Also yesterday he climbed to the top of some compost I'd dumped on the flower bed (yet to spread it out) and did a ceremonious pee. He looked so funny, perched up there!
I can't watch that advert (not sure what it is actually for as I always watch adverts with the sound off but sure someone will tell me lol) of that shaggy dog jumping on a pure white bed and covering it with muddy feet and shaking itself.
*shudders.
Quite pleased with my cats as they only like to sleep on OH's side of the bed hence his side has all the cat hair and muddy feet
One of our cats, Licquorice, sits on the window sill pawing at the window waiting to be let out. When he realises it's raining he immediately turns round to be let back in. Once in, he then goes to a different window and starts the same performance all over again. It's as if he thinks it won't be raining if he goes through another window.
With four cats and two dogs the floors and window sills at snuffer cottage are permenantly covered in muddy paw marks.
my old cat in england used to do that ...refuse to go out of the back door cos it was raining only to make straight for the front door cos it might not be raining there (always was tho)
I don't have a cat, I have an African Grey who poops down my back, down the laptop, on the floors, the table ...
She's got a perch/stand which she refuses to sit on, it's so undignified having to poop on newspaper apparently.
