        Ollie, it could also be a neck or back related problem, possibly a twinging nerve, or a vertibrae slightly out of alignment. Might be worth getting a physio to have a look for you.

              I'd go with that - but I'd see an osteopath meself (based on previous experience).

              Being tall like myself Ollie, chances are a car isn't the best place for you to be sat for any length of time. You probably sit a bit like I do with your head tilted ever so slightly to one side to avoid hitting your head on the roof lining.

              That, or your braces are on too tight.

                    LOL, I just know from personal experience after being in a car prang, that arms and legs can be affected by back probs, like referred pain.
